We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Arclite Optics. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us at info@arcliteoptics.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
